Job description:

Studio Assistant is one of the ambassadors of our company’s culture in contacts with our team members, clients and visitors. Through personalized experience, you will support and connect all departments to sustain and develop team’s creativity and suggest and implement ideas for safe, pleasant and creative working environment.

You will have administrative tasks such are processing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, coordinating administrative relationships (pro invoice, invoice, import-export documents and payments) and monitoring costs, keeping the record on check-ins and check-outs, organize employee’s travels and transport and accommodation for our clients.

It is hardly possible that you will have a typical day because you will organize social events, coordinate maintaining services and host and prepare models for a shooting- probably all those at the same time.

Competencies and skill set:

A precondition of being successful in all those tasks means that you are able to effectively communicate with different personalities and that you are friendly but decisive at the same time. Most of the tasks are the high priority so it is essential that you are a perfectly organized person.

Since our clients and visitors come from all over the world, fluency in English, written and spoken is mandatory. We expect university degree, advanced skills in MS Office and 1+ year experience in an administrative role
