Springonion, one of the leading 3D animation, visual effects & post-production studios in the region, is looking for: Mid-level 3D Generalist and Senior Compositing Artist.
Future members of our team will be responsible for supporting advertising projects and will actively participate in our own work.
We are looking for the creative people, young in spirit, who will work closely with the team of art directors, designers and concept artist, who will be ready to take the lead, knowing to accept each comment and find the best solution.
The best candidates should be friendly (weird sense of humor is always welcome, since it’s the everyday thing in the studio), great in visual effects and moving 2D – 3D graphics, should have high aesthetic criteria, solid art skills and mustn’t get angry when some of the colleagues ‘accidentally’ grabs its paid lunch (another common thing in the studio).
Mid-level 3D Generalist
The ideal candidate for the position of Mid-level 3D Generalist should have more than 4 years of studio experience in 3D industry, should be able to distribute work, organize time and follow the studio pipeline. The candidate should be able to participate individually or as a part of the teams on various projects and must know the ‘Special skill’ of Googling problems before asking a question.
– Advanced knowledge of 3DMax or Maya platform
– Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects software
– Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop program
– Hard Surface Modeling, UV-Texturing, Rendering (V-ray), Technical Animation, Dynamic simulation (Particles, Cloth simulation)
Senior Compositing Artist
The ideal candidate for the position of Senior Compositing Artist should have more than 6 years of experience in computer graphics and animation within agency or studio. The candidate should pay attention to details, should have great observation skills and the pixel perfect design.
Being ready to take on responsibility is also important, as well as revising all the studio work before handing it over to the client.
– Adobe After Effects program (Nuke is a plus)
3D compositing, 2D and 3D motion graphics, blue / green screen separation from the background, the integration of different perspectives, graphic elements and 3D objects in a moving picture, deeper understanding of briefs, different production methods, developing creative approaches and finding solutions.
The candidate should be able to participate individually or as a part of the teams on various projects, should be able to distribute work, organize time and follow the studio pipeline.
